A 5-Day Challenge That Brings You Back to You 

This month, as Let Her Out: Reclaim Who You Have Always Been turns five years old, I’ve been thinking deeply about what it really means to “let her out.”

Here’s the truth…
Let Her Out has never been about doing more. It’s about being more you.
More grounded. More brave. More joyful. More honest. More awake to your own life.

So instead of launching a to-do challenge, I’m inviting you into a to-BE challenge - a series of simple daily invitations designed to reconnect you with the parts of you that may have gone quiet under the noise of responsibility, achievement, and routine.

You can start today, or save this message and begin on a day that means something to you - a birthday, an anniversary, a new month, or “just because.”

And a quick note to the men here:
Let Her Out isn’t just for her.
Take the challenge yourself or share it with someone you love who deserves to take up a little more space in their own life.

💜 Day 1: Say Yes to What Excites You

Say “yes” to something that lights you up - even if it scares you a little.
She’s been in there all along… you just stopped listening.

🌸 Day 2: Choose You, Unapologetically

Do one thing today that’s just for you.
No guilt. No justification. No hesitation.
Letting her out takes courage, not perfection.

🎤 Day 3: Use Your Voice (Even If It Shakes)

Speak your truth to someone today.
When one woman speaks her truth, she gives others permission to speak theirs.
Who helps you use your voice?

💌 Day 4: Write to the Girl Who Started It All

Write a love letter to your younger self.
Tell her she was always enough — because she was.

🌟 Day 5: Share Your Story Out Loud

Share something true - with a friend, a partner, a journal, or your social community.
The work never ends, but it does get lighter when we stop doing it alone.
